User research
After conducting user interviews and employee surveys, it was identified that the primary concerns for retailers include time constraints and the demands of remote work. SOGO's staff faces challenges with multiple outdated platforms, limiting mobility and resulting in time-consuming processes. The app is purposefully designed to address these issues, emphasizing an integrated and personalized employee experience tailored for individuals at SOGO.
